Family operated for 30 years, Tony’s Plumbing in Modesto, California, had seen quite a few logo iterations in their time. Recently, they landed on a Bear logo mark, one that evokes friendly and protective qualities, the Papa Bear of plumbing. But they had no brand story or tone of voice to accompany the Bear nor an agency to help spread the word about their same-day service and amazing team. Enter MediaSpark.
We began with an overall brand and media strategy, determining who they are and are not, how they sound, their company goals and differentiators. As well as the lay of the competitor landscape. We embraced the Bear and brought his personality to life with headlines and web copy such as “To be the Bear is to be the best,” “Hairy situations are our specialty,” “The Bear’s got your back” and “Wise beyond the wrench.”
